About this route
We load from Yokohama, Nagoya, Osaka and Kobe, with options from regular sailings to the main European arrival ports: Rotterdam, Antwerp, Bremerhaven and Southampton. Other ports are possible on request.
Japanese export needs the export certificate and the seller's documents. We guide you through the paperwork and confirm the schedule for your shipment.
On arrival, duties, VAT and homologation are set by the destination country. We point you to what applies where the car is going, and we can deliver to the port or onward to your door.
Questions we get asked
Which European ports do you ship to?
The main ports, including Rotterdam, Antwerp, Bremerhaven and Southampton. Others on request.
Can you deliver to my door in Europe?
Yes. Port-to-door delivery is available across Europe.
What affects the price?
Vehicle size, the mode you choose, the route, the season and the insured value. Duties and taxes are separate and are set by the authorities.
How long does it take?
Transit depends on the sailing schedule and routing. We confirm the schedule for your booking.
What documents do you need?
The registration or title, a passport or ID copy, and for some destinations a proof of ownership. We tell you exactly what applies to your shipment.
Can I put belongings in the car?
Not on RoRo. In a container it is possible in some cases, so ask us and we will tell you what is allowed on your route.
